Sourdough Starter

This is the starter that Breadtopia uses in all their sourdough baking. A hearty strain of wild yeast that has served them well for years. Fed, nurtured and dehydrated for a long, stable shelf-life. For thousands of years, sourdough starter has been used to healthily and naturally leaven bread. Containing naturally occurring yeast and friendly lactobacillus bacteria, sourdough starter also adds its own unique flavor profile to baked goods. Plus, it's good for your gut. Ingredients: Organic wheat flour and wild yeast culture.
