Tagliatelle nests are perfect for any hearty sauces.  This traditional ribbon shaped noodle is very common in the Emilia-Romagna region served as Tagliatelle alla Bolognese.   Nests are made using 100% North American Semolina and are slowly dried at low temperatures to give this traditional cut a ton of flavor.   Contains: Wheat.
